The Kiwi’s would have to make the best commercials in the world. As their beer commercials wouldn’t quite pass the rating of this blog, I’ll stick to a Toyota Hilux add instead. You may remember the YouTube video recently about the Perceived Illusion, where 3 Kiwi’s are having a Spoon Race… Well, here’s a New Zealand Hilux advert. Aussie advertisers can learn a few tricks from the Kiwi’s. Enjoy!

This is the question Hill poses, and goes on to explain that education is not the determining factor in successful wealth creation.

What is education, anyway? …

“As far as schooling is concerned, many of these men had very little. John Wanamaker once told me that what little schooling he had, he acquired in very much the same manner as a modern locomotive takes on water, by “scooping it up as it runs.” Henry Ford never reached high school, let alone college. I am not attempting to minimize the value of schooling, but I am trying to express my earnest belief that those who master and apply the secret will reach high stations, accumulate riches, and bargain with life on their own terms, even if their schooling has been meager.”

I told you before this theme would be recurring, and it will again after this.

Education Plays A Minor Role

As Napoleon Hill says, no one is arguing that education is useless, but education alone is not enough to build wealth. You must also know the important elements to successful wealth creation, those that are not taught in school. Like Napoleon Hill, we reiterate this point at Universal Wealth Creation and throughout our materials because we know that anyone has the ability to get rich and live better, and we know that you were not given the most effective education for wealth creation at school or college. And that is exactly why books like Think And Grow Rich or Mindset Mastery can be such a help to people. They have the ability to make you realize and discover the information you do need in order to find wealth and success.

I heard this story told by Dr John Demartini. It has a strong message and I found great motivation in it.

Three old wise men walked up to a house and knocked on the door. A lady opened the door and discovered the three men standing there, all with long white beards. The first wise man introduced himself and his 2 friends as Success, Wealth and Love. He asked politely: “Is your husband home?“

“Sorry“, she answered. “He will be home late tonight“

The 3 wise men asked if it was OK to wait until he got home as they had an important message for him. She approved and walked back inside.

Later that night, the husband arrived home. He noticed the 3 men at the back of the house, waiting patiently. When asking his wife who they were and what they wanted, she responded:

“They are 3 wise men and they have an important message for you“

“Well“, he said. “Invite them inside!“

She walked outside and invited them inside but they said she could only invite one in at a time. She returned to her husband and he immeditely replied: “Invite Wealth. We need more wealth around here!“

The wife responded: “I think we need more Success. Let’s invite him inside“

Their teenage daughter appeared and added: “We need more Love in this family! Let’s invite love inside“

Both the husband and wife agreed and decided to invite Love inside. The wife walked back outside and invited Love. Love proceeded to walk inside followed by Wealth and Success. Once inside, the family were a bit puzzled. Why had they all come inside when they were instructed that only one could come in at a time?

When asked this question, the wise old man named Love said:

“Had you asked for Wealth or Success, only the one you requested would walk in and that is all you get. Wherever Love goes, Wealth and Success follows“

Love = Wealth and Success

The moral of this story is apparent. Love is an emotion and it’s even much more than that. It is the most powerful force in the universe. Love can not be destroyed by anyone but the being that holds it in their heart. Live a life of Love and you will be passionate about everything you do. Wealth and Success are a byproduct of Love. It is a reward for your gratitude in life.

Love is much more than a “Hollywood” stereotype of mushy feelings between 2 people. Love is empowering. It is something you feel for someone or something that goes so deep, you cannot explain the origins of it. You can have it for a child, an animal, a lifestyle, a cause, a passion… Gratitude is a product of love or even a precursor for love. Either way. it’s a good place to be.

Today is ‘Bloggers Unite For Human Rights‘ day. You will read a much different topic here today to what I normally write about. This blog is about Mindset and the power of Motivation. Many of us have the luxury of making our own choices and are fortunate to live in ‘Fortunate Countries’. However, it seems many of us take this for granted and certainly take many of our luxuries ‘in our stride’.

Freedom Of Speech

Freedom Of Speech is something we take for granted yet it seems most don’t quite understand how much our rights are being undermined, literally by the day, in the western world.

While we are busy watching 3rd world disasters and human rights issues across the world on the news, it seems we have our focuses diverted to areas where we have little power to help. Meanwhile, our very own governments remove more and more human rights from us (gradually of course) until, over a few generations, our rights have ‘de-generated’.

Third World Rights Today, Are Our Rights Tomorrow

How do you think the other places got so bad? Overnight? Hm, not likely! Let’s realise for a moment that the very people you and I voted in, whether it’s the USA, Australia or the UK, are the ones that are creating massive squalor across the world. The further away, the better it seems. Meanwhile, we can comfortably sit in our lounges, eat our dinner, and watch the proceedings on Fox News while our popular ‘pollies’ are supporting criminal acts of war. Of course, most of their own sons are kept at home, because they are above us mere mortals. And someone needs to count the spoils, I guess.

History DOES Repeat

The countries that won the wars of the 20th Century had the benefit of heavily influencing the history books for us the learn from. While we seemed to be fighting a thing called Fascism for many years, the world is going down that path again very fast. When the German Reichstag was burned to the ground in the 1930’s, citizens rights were removed very fast with the excuse of protecting them from one ethnic group and certain political alliances.

When the 9/11 attacks happened in 2001, the same thing happened again. Instead of persecuting one people, we just started persucuting another. An eye for an eye - so we kill hundred of thousand of innocent people in retaliation… the mind boggles at how fast people forget!

Once again, credible(?) politicians started a racist persecution and in the process diverted our attention from ourselves to the other side of the world. Then - BANG - away goes the rights! Why? “Because we need to protect you” - Bollocks!

History DOES Repeat. Don’t realize this when it’s too late.

Remember Your Own Rights

In order to help others, we have to also help ourselves. That doesn’t mean we ignore anyone. By all means, stay aware of world events and help where you can. But don’t forget to stand up for your own rights, because when they are gone, you too may be living in another ‘Zimbabwe’ or some country where you may rather not live at the moment.

And next time our own people want to drop Depleted Uranium Bombs, Cluster Bombs, MOAB’s (Mother Of All Bomb’s - can you believe they nick-named it that?) on civilian populations and call it collateral damage…. don’t accept it! Don’t buy the lies! Because next time around someone else will be dropping them in your backyard and someone else will be watching us on TV while microwaving their TV dinner.

The Most Precious Thing In The World

A child is the most precious person in the world to a mother or father. No matter what religion, color, race or belief, we have no rights to take that little soul away from this world. Protect them in the future by protecting yourself now.

Remember to protect your rights. Others took it for granted - and lost it. We are doing the same, right now…
