I've been guilty of the old saying; doing the same thing but expecting a different result. I thought if I worked harder I would succeed. This didn't work. Then, someone told me I needed to work smarter, so I spent time trying to analyze what I was doing wrong and trying to be more efficient. Some improvement. It wasn't until someone gave me my first 'self-improvement' book that I began to realize what I needed to become in order to be successful. I needed someone to teach me how to be successful. So, for me, working out what I needed to do was simply a matter of reading a book like 'Think and Grow Rich' and applying the lessons I learned. Mind you, I'm still a work in progress. Hi Sean,
