I think if we aren&#039;t experiencing the success we want, we have to be willing to change our approach.  I&#039;ve been guilty of the old saying; doing the same thing but expecting a different result.  I thought if I worked harder I would succeed.  This didn&#039;t work.  Then, someone told me I needed to work smarter, so I spent time trying to analyze what I was doing wrong and trying to be more efficient.  Some improvement.
It wasn&#039;t until someone gave me my first &#039;self-improvement&#039; book that I began to realize what I needed to become in order to be successful.  I needed someone to teach me how to be successful.  So, for me, working out what I needed to do was simply a matter of reading a book like &#039;Think and Grow Rich&#039; and applying the lessons I learned.  Mind you, I&#039;m still a work in progress.</description>
