Mindset Mastery 103 – Plan For Action

by Sean Rasmussen on April 24, 2009

Mindset Mastery eBookOnce you have received your inspiration via that “sixth sense”—your telegram from Infinite Intelligence, it is time to make a plan of action. Be wary of the usual pitfalls, and be prepared to overcome them as they present themselves.

A Definite Plan

The fourth of the six steps instructs you to “Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin immediately to put this plan into action.” You should follow this instruction in the same manner described in the preceding paragraph. Do not trust to your sense of “reason” when creating your plan for accumulating money through the transmutation of desire. Your reason is faulty. Moreover, your reasoning faculty may be lazy, and, if you depend entirely on it to serve you, it may disappoint you.

See Yourself To Success

When visualizing the money plan to accumulate, (with closed eyes), see yourself rendering the service, or delivering the merchandise you intend to give in return for this money. This is important!

Enjoy Yourself

Visualising yourself living and performing in your new and improved life is not only key, it’s fun! You can re-create yourself to be absolutely anything that you can dream. Then, when you back that with purpose and action, you can BE that person you have visualized.

You need to start now to be the person that you plan on being. Be that person so that you can take the actions that such a person would take, and you will have all the things that logically follow in that sequence.

Come back for our next Mindset Mastery post where you’ll learn the one set of instructions you need to set your mind to being that vision of success that you’ve created.

Hi Sean,

I agree that visualizing yourself as the successful person you want to be is of paramount importance. As Einstein once said, “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”.

Success is in the imagination. It’s about being able to project an image of who you want to be into your mind, and then being that person. If you can make your subconscious mind believe the images you are visualizing are real; it will make it so.

“Be the person you plan on being”. It’s not about waiting for the inspiration, the right time or something to happen. It really is about being that person now. Love that tip.

If you can’t see yourself being that person that you wish to be – how should anybody else be able to do that, let alone your subconscious or the universe?

So – let’s stick to the great Self Confidence Formula Napoleon Hill wrote out for us and take time daily to tap into the person we aspire to be. And don’t forget to have your other goals with you :)

Love that exercise :)

Hi Renee,

Great advice as usual. We have to show our subconscious who we are so that it can help bring the people and circumstances into our life that we need to help us become the person we want to be.

I’m with you. That six step formula is on the wall, along with the self confidence formula and my goals.

No go do it :) I mean it… I’ve been buying the books, reading the articles and connecting with the guru’s, participating in teleseminars and webminars and now it’s time for me to take action and encourage others to do the same.

Hi Jo,

Very well said. Success can be boiled down to those three simple elements. Now it’s up to us to start living our vision of the way we see ourselves and our lives.

Then we need to define our purpose and set about taking action to achieve the results we want. It’s such a simple process. I have no idea why I’ve been making it so hard for myself all these years. :)

A key to “seeing yourself” in the moment, whatever that may be, is to not observe as a third person but to see you experiencing the very thing you are looking to achieve.

I’ve been seeing myself on tv, on an amazing episode of Oprah but now I’m starting to see Oprah. To feel the power and excitement of the audience and hear the questions being asked by Oprah. I know it’ll happen, I know her producers will call any day now. April 2010 will be the month, the day I do not know yet.
