Hi Elly,

That's an excellent way to start the day. There's nothing better than a workout for your mind and body at the same time. Doing it in the morning also sets your attitude for the rest of the day. At least it seems to for me.

Hi Sean,
I'm paying real attention to detail, and getting past the chronic fatigue of competition hunting of a couple of months ago. I actually took the time to follow your links above, and my respect for you deepens more and more, and I become inspired! Quite inspired, I think!

G'day Sean,
I love the idea of BABY STEPS ! and also the idea of writing down goals on a daily basis to keep them fresh in the forefront of one's mind. I have 2 vision boards with pictures and text about all the " goodies " I'm aiming for, which I always thought would generate the motivation I needed to achieve. BUT - after a while they become part of the furniture and are not " seen " as well as one would expect.

Great idea to do the goals on a daily basis. Thanks for this great positive kick-in-the-bum !

Cheers
Harry

Hi Sean

I really enjoyed this article on 5 minutes a day, a good achievable time frame for people to get motivated.

I probably seem a bit odd to people but I have no problem being motivated at all. Every morning when I go walking I do affirmations and gratitude for health, wealth and happiness. It is great in the winter when its dark at 5.30 am and no one can see me but in summer I hope people don't see this crazy woman talking to herself with emotion and feeling gesturing around the streets!

Every evening I go running and I visualise exactly what my dream life looks, feels and sounds like. Doing this morning and night I have a powerful vision of what I am walking and working towards every day. Now that is motivating!
