I believe that any time is the right time to get started & the sooner the better! It's all to easy to put things to the side or think "Yeah I'll get round to it" but excuses & procrastination will not get anyone very far : )

Hi Renee,

This is so true. If you make a decision to do something, the most effective way of cementing that decision is to take immediate action. It all comes down to taking action.

Also, the words you use are so powerful. You need to frame everything in terms of already being, doing and having what you want. This is the best way to manifest it into your life.

That is so true Renee - procrastination is just another way of saying I won't be doing that really.

Gee, how often have I said that - nearly did it with this Learn and Earn comp - and then when in it - nearly did it with the commenting, but I am glad I am keeping up with comments as I find that I am being led to some really good information - for a few dollars more indeed!

Hi Sean

It is true that the only moment is now. Today was yesterdays tomorrow. Where did it go so fast? Why do we put things off today? now? because most people want the goodies that change will bring but they don't like change. Change means getting out of your comfort zone. Even if the comfort zone is uncomfortable, change can be scary because it is the 'unknown zone'.

Some people will go in and out of the same detrimental relationship several times until they realise it is never going to work. Usually by the umpteenth time, they are forced into change when their 'ex' finally meets someone else or packs up and leaves. When they feel they have had 'no choice' but to change, they may possibly lament their hard luck story until the end of their lives.

Some people will create their changes when they realise they are not happy with the way things are in their lives. They know it is going to feel uncomfortable at times and they will feel tested and sometimes out of their depth swimming in new oceans with new fish. These courageous people write their goals down and start taking action on them as they value life and want to make the most out of it.

My greatest motivation for change came when I imagined myself at the end of my life and wrote my Epitaph about how I lived my life, what I did, achieved, gained etc. That is when all the action for change began.

I like what you say in this post:

"What you put off until tomorrow is a sure-fire way of telling your sub-conscious mind: “I Have No Intention Of Doing It At All“. "

And I fully agree. I have to watch my language and talk and think about what I have and what I am doing, not what I will - one day. Because that day never comes ...
