Hi Renee,

I am so glad that I've finally learned how important it is to control my subconscious mind. I think this is one of the biggest benefits of reading Sean's Mindset Mastery series.

Day after day, I'm reading post after post and the information is slowly being absorbed by my subconscious mind. I think it's the small changes that I'm making each day that are going to make the big difference in the long run.

We do all have busy lives and when those situations get me down I now know how to pick myself up. If I can I sit by myself and instead of concentrating on why I'm sad/mad/frustrated etc I review the things I'm most grateful for. The list is never ending and by the time I'm needed somewhere I no longer remember why I was upset before.

I am having a difficult time refraining from highlighting when someone else is being negative but am slowly realizing it's the positive things they say I need to focus on and commend them for.

Every day I check my bank account online and no longer is it to see what came out of my account but instead what went in and how much money I have. It's amazing the difference this has made in the last few weeks.

Sean, I love that each post you have relates back to the prior one and doesn't jump from topic to topic. The thread that links all your posts is turning into a rope for me, one that so many like minded people are attached to. Thank you!

The first time you ever look out your subconscious attitudes towards money, it's fascinating! Then, if you're like most people, there's a whole mental detox that has to occur if you want to create an abundance of wealth. Very interesting process and I have Chris Howard to thank for helping me through it.

It's fascinating how much influence our mind has on our life, especially the subconscious. It is a miracle. And even after thousands of years we have not really learned how to use that supercomputer constantly to our advantage.

But we can program it any way we like - with auto suggestions, with guarding our mind, with living conscious and making sure we take our decisions and don't leave that to habits or fear, self doubt, worry and the like.

There are so many tools out there to help us - let's use them and become the best person we can be.
