Mindset Mastery 37 – The Simple Beauty Of Wealth Creation

Mindset Mastery Ebook By Sean RasmussenMindset Mastery Ebook By Sean RasmussenAs you’ll remember, we’ve been talking about the intimate familiarity human beings have with the word “impossible” and how we apply our own failure consciousness to the potential of all people, everywhere.

“This same perspective is what we apply to human abilities across the board. We refuse to believe what we do not understand. We foolishly believe that our own limitations are the proper measure of human limitations. To be sure, it must be the other person’s diction that is “off,” because it is not the same as our own.

Since the dawn of the modern automobile industry, millions of people have looked at the achievements of Henry Ford, and envy him because of his good fortune, or luck, or genius, or whatever it is that they credit to Ford’s success and subsequent wealth. It may even be that one person in every hundred thousand knows the secret of Ford’s success, and those who do know are too modest, or too reluctant, to discuss it, because of its simplicity. “

Simplicity is the beauty of the ability to Think and Grow Rich. The path to wealth creation is simple, but you have to adjust your attitude towards what is possible and stop thinking that riches are an impossibility just because you’ve yet to secure them.

I will see you back here every Monday and Thursday for the continuation of the Mindset Mastery series.

It is amazing Sean just how much effort we humans will squander to take a perfect, proven strategy as simple as it may be & complicate it to the point where it’s all just to difficult, and consequently give up.

I think a lot of us just don’t want to accept that it really IS that simple. Because that would mean that all our fancy approaches are totally unnecessary and just a waist of time.
And along the same line of thinking it can’t be that someone else can achieve what we couldn’t. Because that would proof that it was not the task that was impossible, but that we didn’t try hard enough and gave up to early. So again it would reflect our own “unworthiness”. And who wants to see that?
I think that is a trade of successful people – that they are willing to admit they are not perfect and have made mistakes and to actually learn the lesson. Whereas the unsuccessful take the failure as something outside their control, something they can’t change. And if they can’t – you shouldn’t dare to prove them wrong.
My goal is to prove myself wrong – prove to myself (and others) that I can do stuff I didn’t think possible for me.

Hi Renee,

Yes I agree that successful people are the ones who can acknowledge their own failings and try to overcome them. Who was it, I think maybe Thomas Edison who rather than saying it was impossible to make an electric light globe took the mindset that he knew well over 900 ways not to make one. And aren’t we all glad he never gave up!

If I can’t achieve what I was hoping for I really try to look at things from a different perspective and try different things until I manage to succeed in my goal. Sure I sometimes give up but only when I create the possibility of some more tantilising goal.

Hi Sean,
I think the we have to believe that we can be successful; really confident that we can have what it is we desire. I think it’s as simple as knowing exactly what we want, having a plan that will lead us to success and then working that plan.
I think when I was starting out, I had a tendency to over-think things and let fear and doubt rule my decisions, only to have someone else take my idea and run with it. I didn’t have a clear vision of what I wanted or how I would achieve it.
Consequently, I didn’t achieve success because I didn’t believe someone like me could be successful. Thankfully, I am now certain that I am exactly the kind of person who can be successful. I have a vision, a plan and a truck load of confidence.

Glad to hear that you have a truck load of confidence Jazz. Now you need to get into the truck, start it up, and commence the journey.

For a while I was beginning to think the path I had embarked on wouldn’t achieve my goals. But I stuck at it in the belief that it can’t be that hard.
I kept hearing about how easy and simple it was but everyone I followed seemed to be making it harder.

And then the aha moment arrived. It was simple. All I needed was the right guidance from someone who had travelled the path. Now nothing can stop me

If someone wants to challenge the notion of what’s “impossible”, just take a look at all the daily articles online about what humans have achieved in space. That’ll make you think twice.

It is really the simple ideas that make the most money. K.I.S.S. – Keep It Simply Simple…..is one of my quotes that I like to live by. If you try to complete a system, then it will be too hard to work it. If you are after success, then find what works (follow those that are successful), and keep your ego out of the scheme and Viola you are Think and Grow Rich (TGR) = thoughts become true.
