The positive affirmation that’s teamed with the visualisation of what you desire is a really powerful combination. You have to convince your mind that it’s already in your life.

When you make your mind believe, it will manifest the very thing you desire into your life. I find that it takes me some time to actually convince my mind that what I’m picturing is real. There’s still a delay but I’m working on it.

The very first step was to determine exactly what it was that you desired. This sounds like common sense I know but so often we don’t do that. We might say “I want to go on a holiday, this year”. We need to be precise and chunk down our large ‘out there’ desires into small manageable peices.
Then we would be saying “I will be holidaying in Spain for 2 weeks in October of this year” (you can chunk it down even more with actual dates of departure etc).

When we make statements like this, we are making a positive affirmation that we are committing to this desire, to make it come to fruition. So there you have the first step.
