Wealth creation is not really a complicated endeavor, leastwise not once you learn the secret and science involved.
“One sound idea is all it takes for a person to achieve success. The principles described in this book contain the best, and the most practical, ways and means of creating useful ideas.
There is one point the author would like to point out before delving into the description of these principles; it is this—when wealth does start to come to you it comes so quickly, in such great abundance, that you will likely find yourself wondering where it has been hiding during all those lean years. This is an astounding statement, and even more so, when you take into consideration the popular belief that wealth only comes to those who work long and hard.
When you begin to think and grow rich, you’ll notice that wealth creation begins with a state of mind, with a definite purpose, with little or no hard work. You, and every other person, should be most interested in knowing how to nurture that state of mind which will attract wealth. The author spent twenty-five years researching, analyzing more than 25,000 people, because he, too, wanted to know how rich people get that way.
Without that research, this book could not have been written.”
And before you even learn all of the 13 principles to wealth creation, you can start on your path by taking that first step—preparing your mind, developing the state of mind of a wealthy, successful person. You can enhance your developed state of mind as we move on through this book and the Universal Wealth Creation systems.
As Napoleon Hill says, it all starts with one thought. Surely you can find enough time in your busy day for one thought today.
I will see you back here every Monday and Thursday for the continuation of the Mindset Mastery series.

Hi Sean,
I really enjoyed this particular Mindset Mastery post.
All the best, Eileen.
I just love the way it is.
Every thought, (and I mean ‘every’ thought), is a creation. Just like a seed planted in some soil, in due time the seed will sprout.
So too will a thought. Sure, a thought can be countered by an equal but opposite thought, i.e. you decide not to water the seed, you decide not to re-inforce a good thought instead offering a ‘but or if’ and then you negate the good thought.
And this is where awareness comes in.
I just love it
Sean,

Hi Sean,
When we were young, we were always told that if you work hard you will be successful. There was very little advice around developing the right mindset to achieve success.
Now, I spend my time working on the mindset I need to achieve success and fine-tuning my ‘definite purpose’. I think that when I truly have the right mindset, success will be just around the corner.
Hi Jazz. It sounds like you gre up in the same misinformed era as myself (born in the 1950’s). It is an indictment on the educators of the time that there was no attitudinal mentoring in relation to preparing kids for their future. We can read and write and spell and do maths but had little understanding how business worked, what the monetary system was or how to acheive personal growth beyond the 3 R’s.
In Sean’s post is the line “…You, and every other person, should be most interested in knowing how to nurture that state of mind which will attract wealth.” Well I most certainly agree with that. If someone had have taken the time to teach even basic things like the time-value of money and how leveraging works I would be more financially independant than I am now. I am pleased that people like Robert Kyosaki are putting this sort of information out there in an easy to digest form such as his Rich Dad, Poor Dad book.
Hi Ray,
Yes, that’s pretty much how it was back then. We owe it our children and grandchildren to teach them these principles as we go along. Now that we know that there’s a way to create a better life, we have a responsibility to pass it on to all those people who matter so much to us.
Hi Sean,

as humans we have the capacity to create – and every creation, every business, everything we create starts with a thought, an idea, a dream.
It’s fascinating for me to see that in Napoleon Hills time already the same issues existed and somehow we have not evolved in that area, even so we have come a long way. Books like his and the underlying principals should be taught at school so it becomes second nature for everybody to create the best possible mindset.
I will read the book once more

Yes Ray I am also from that era. You got taught to work hard and you will be fine.
No finance education or what is possible with the right mindset. Thankfully there are people out there that are trying to correct the situation. No thanks to the so called leaders in our society.

More young people need to learn from the mistake of the previous generation – that simply working hard, getting a good job and relying on super is not going to cut it by the time they “retire” in the 21st century.
