Hi Elly,

I think analysing your performance is instrumental in moving forward. You have to know where you're going wrong before you can get back on the right track.

It's a great way to find what's working and what isn't. An honest assessment will move you forward quicker than living in denial.

Yang also gave a clue to this in a webinar ..
He spoke of analyzing our progress to know how far we had come..Without this analyzing we could be going backwards and not know it..

Hi Sean

It is most important to reflect on my past performance. It keeps me totally responsible for my progress in the future.

Without self analysis and thorough scrutiny, I may go on creating or endorsing bad habits which will be debilitating to my success .

Anytime is an ideal time for reflection and self evaluation. I have printed the questions off and am doing the self evaluation now.

Thankyou.

Hi Renee,

I didn't actually think of this at the time but it's a fantastic idea. I'm going to join you in printing it out and since we're in July; it 's a great time for a half-yearly review.

Thanks for the great idea, Renee. :)

Hi Sean,
that post was very nicely timed. I think such a Self-Analysis is a great thing to do once a year, to not forget the big picture and to stay on track. Thanks for posting it, i have printed it out and put into my calendar for regular review.
