To create wealth and be rich you need to become a specialist of a whole new sort—a specialist in prosperity and success. That means you need the sort of specialised knowledge such a person would have.
Specialise In Wealth
Before you can be sure of your ability to transform desire into its wealth, you will require specialized knowledge of the service, product, or profession you intend to offer in return for money. It might even be that you may need much more specialized knowledge than you have the ability or the inclination to acquire personally, and if this should be the case, you can bridge your weakness with the help of your “Master Mind” group.
Acquiring Specialised Knowledge
Andrew Carnegie has stated that he, personally, knew nothing about the technical end of the steel business; moreover, he did not particularly care to know anything about it. The specialized knowledge he required for the manufacture and marketing of steel, he found available in the individuals comprising his master mind group.
The accumulation of great wealth calls for power, and power is acquired through highly organized and intelligently directed specialized knowledge; but that knowledge does not, necessarily, have to be possessed by the person who accumulates the fortune.
Powerful Encouragement
This should give hope and encouragement to anyone who has the ambition to create their own wealth, yet does not personally possess the “education” necessary to supply any specialized knowledge they may require. Many people go through life suffering from “inferiority complexes,” because they are not a person of “education”. But the person who can organize and direct a “Master Mind” group of people who possess knowledge that is useful in the accumulation of money is just as much a person of education as any ‘educated’ member of the group. Remember this if you suffer from a feeling of inferiority, due to limited schooling.
Deleting Inferiority
None of us are inferior. The only way you can feel inferior is if you choose to do so. Inferiority does not really exist, except in the minds of men and women who allow it to. It should be entirely deleted from your personal dictionary.
Think about what Napoleon Hill has said today, and also think about this—as humans we are limited in how much knowledge we can efficiently collect and utilise; but with a master mind group, you expand that potential many fold, as many times over as you care to. You do not need to know it all or do it all yourself; all you need to do is provide the guidance for that knowledge, and mold it into your plan for bigger success and better life.

Hi Sean,
It see how this works when visiting the YOTA forum. There is always someone there who can answer just about any question asked. If they can’t they know how to find the answer and at lightning speed. The structure is so good for learning.
I do know people, in particular my uncle who has always had an inferiority complex about insufficient education while at school. Lack of education can effect someone badly if the problem is not put into proper perspective as this article has done here.

I totally agree with Jill’s answer. The YOTA forum does serve as my master mind group. The guys answer all of my questions in ways that are really easy for me to understand.
I don’t have access to these kinds of people in real life. None of my friends are Internet Marketers and they do not have the specialist knowledge to help me grow my online business.
I think it definitely helps if you can recognize your weaknesses and find ways to strengthen them, whether that is learning something new or finding someone who can bridge the gap for you.
None of us can know everything – or do everything. It’s impossible.
Stephen Covey wrote about his famous 7 Habits of Highly Successful People. The first 3 habits are about being independent. Habits 4, 5, 6 are about getting interdependent relationships – think win-win, seek to understand before being understood and synergise.
One of the great things that you’ve been able to do Sean, is bring people together. To reinforce what Jazz said above, we YOTA members probably never would have met each other if it weren’t for your drive, desire to help and give. The YOTA mastermind has to be the biggest value-add as a member.

I have the theory that if everybody would do what they love and are therefore good at, all jobs in the world would be taken care of. Might sound strange, but I am convinced we all have a great talent, and in total we are able to cover all areas and enjoy ourselves along the way.
So a master mind group will have someone for everything that is needed, everybody doing what he or she enjoys to do and in total being much more successful than anyone by himself could ever be.

I think that’s exactly what a master mind group should be. Each person specialises in a particular area and everyone contributes to the group.
This way everyone has access to the knowledge they need to be successful. Without someone to fill in the gaps of their knowledge, skills or experience, some people may never be successful.

Brings back to mind Napoleon Hills example of when lawyers had Henry Ford in the witness box trying to prove he was not an intelligent man by asking him academic questions.
Henry Ford overpowered them all by saying. “I may not know all the answers to questions asked of me but I have at my fingertips the people who can give me the answers” It went something like that but the fact was that he was indeed a clever man because he had specialists at his disposal who could answer any question asked.
That is far better than relying on yourself to do everything. We call it outsourcing today.

Henry Ford was a visionary. He was in effect ‘outsourcing’. He had his dream and he was dedicated to bringing it to fruition. So, he simply outsourced the areas that were his weaknesses.
