Mindset Mastery 102 – Repeat Success

by Sean Rasmussen on April 20, 2009

Repetition is key in empowering your subconscious mind. It’s a very powerful force for your conscious mind as well, as it helps you maintain focus in the midst of many factors competing for your attention. That’s a sure way to distract yourself from wealth creation.

Repetitious Faith

The following fact carries much significance—the subconscious mind takes any orders which are given to it in a spirit of absolute faith, and acts on those orders, although the orders often have to be presented over and over again, through repetition, before they are interpreted by the subconscious mind. With this statement in mind, consider the possibility of playing a perfectly legitimate “trick” on your subconscious mind, by making it believe, because you believe it, that you must have the amount of money you are visualizing, that this money already waits for you to claim it, that the subconscious mind must hand practical plans over to you for acquiring the money that is already yours.

Let Your Imagination Go!

Hand this thought over to your imagination, and see what your imagination can, or will do, to create practical plans for the accumulation of money through transmutation of your desire.

Do not wait for a definite plan, such as a detailed plan to exchange services or goods in return for the money you are visualizing; instead, immediately start to see yourself in possession of the money, meanwhile demanding and expecting your subconscious mind to hand over the plan or plans you need. Be on the lookout for these plans, and when they appear, put them into action immediately.

A Telegram For You….

When the plans appear, they will probably “flash” into your mind via the ’sixth sense’, in the form of an “inspiration.” Consider this inspiration a direct “telegram,” or message from Infinite Intelligence. Treat it with respect, and act on it as soon as you receive it. Failing to do this will be fatal to your success.

Grab Hold Of Success

How many times have you had a thought, a spark of inspiration, and let it go? And then later you see someone else making it big with the same simple, profitable idea you had? This happens every day, and it’s because we don’t trust enough in ourselves to grab opportunity and inspiration when it strikes. Learn to recognise and capitalise inspiration, and you’ll be well on your wealthy way.

Sean, you publish excerpt from Think and Grow Rich, but don’t cite the source…an oversight?

Hi Mike
Not at all. This was part 102 of the series. The beginning of the series and the book deals with all the public domain issues.
Regards – Sean

So true, its the old ‘rinse and repeat’ in a more practical sense. Once you find something that does work, celebrate the success, then ‘rinse and repeat’ (tweak and do it again for those who haven’t heard that yet).

Hi Sean,

I have had a few ideas that I haven’t run with, only to have someone else do them with great success. These are the times that I’ve let fear and self doubt rule my actions.

Now that I am using the self confidence formula; that won’t happen again.

I like that. Demand my subconscious to come up with the plan, the “how to” achieve what is already mine. And the image of the Telegram is great. The universe can only send the delivery, we have to accept it. And if we are never home (=distracted) we can never receive the delivery of what we wanted – so we will not get it.

So – stay focused, tell your subconscious what you already know to be yours and put the plan delivered to you into action. Ahh – I love it clear and simple.

The “telegram” can come at the strangest times… Usually when you’re not thinking about it. It’s so cool when it arrives! Just like being a kid opening up a letter in the mail.
