		<description>Hi Cath,

You&#039;re not alone with this. But, all of us have weaknesses that can get in the way of being successful. I think that the most important thing is just to make sure that they&#039;re not dominating your life.

If one particular weakness is really getting in the way of your success, you need to find a way to strengthen it. Other than that I think it&#039;s normal to have weaknesses and not such a big deal. As long as you&#039;re aware of the effects they&#039;re having on your life.

		<description>I was a bit scared to read through the list as I could well be Symptomatic with a few of these weaknesses on the list.
Number 16 (Fear of Criticism) and number 2 (Procrastination) are probably the main ones I have to work on.
I am getting better, but still have a long way to go. Being part of this forum really helps with all of these things because we have such a supporive group.

		<description>Hi Debbie,
You are absolutely right. Fear of criticism stands in the way of many a great achievement. Keep up your great work. never give up. I think you are getting the idea with persistence.

		<description>Hi Jill,

I love making plans. I find they give my activities some defined structure and help me to track my progress. If I do it right, I can clearly see when I&#039;m falling off the bandwagon.

Persistence is the key to working my plans and reaching my goals.

		<description>Hi Sean,
Number 11 on the list is significant at this time in my progression to a more disciplined way of life. Failing to plan is a notable weakness to overcome. I heard a wise aphorism that is well known and goes, &quot;To fail to plan is to plan to fail&quot;

Defining a purpose, and having persistence with a plan of action is where I am at, at this stage and is mainly thanks to you Sean by your teachings in this article.

A great article, Thanks.
