Hi Elly,

You have great self-discipline to be able to do that. I'm sure that you're a lot closer to the success you want than you realise. If you can keep up with your schedule; it won't be long before you achieve your goals.

Hi Sean

I stopped being a procrastinator when I decided that I would just stop doing it.

In order to keep moving forward I decided to treat myself like a business, write a timetable every Sunday for every hour of every day of the week, stick it on my desk next to my computer and just follow the hours on the sheet. It works for me.

Hi guys,

I think your approach comes down to your personality. I'm with Lisa on this. I tend to do the things I like least first so that I can get them over and done with and move on to more fun things.

If I don't do that, I find that I spend all my time thinking about the thing I don't want to do. I'd much rather get it over with. But, if you guys find that it's easier to get small jobs out of the way first, that's fine too.

I think it's just about finding what works for you but with either method the goal is to keep moving forward.

Yes, good question Jo. When it comes to procrastination, the thing that stops us is the pain we perceive in getting the thing done. When the pain of NOT doing it is greater, that's when we get cracking. That's another Tony Robbins line.
