Hi Elly,

I guess that being successful isn't going to happen until we're completely honest with ourselves about all of these things. We need to see what we're doing wrong before we can make the necessary changes to be successful.

Hi Sean

I think it is very important to see how we could sabotage our success. We need to embrace the truth of how we cause failure and be totally honest. If we need to get help to cease gambling or stop blaming our parents then it is important to do so.

I think it is a great idea Sarah to have a list of reasons to be successful but we need to consider that some people are so driven by subterfuge anger that they unwittingly sabotage themselves. This is probably why Mr Hill wrote these, to address the underlying emotions , beliefs and drives that cause failure.

Hi Sarah,

I love your outlook. I'd love to get rid of all my excuses for failure and I'm working on it. I think the secret is in taking 100% responsibility for your life.

Once you stop blaming other people and things for your failures, you're more able to take control of the situation and create a positive outcome. Everything comes down to the choices we make.

So, for me, whether I succeed or fail; it's all up to me.

You need to, and maybe you already have, but there needs to be a list of Causes of Success. I guess that's what your series on N Hill is about though. Let's all rid ourselves of excuses for failure and just simply succeed :)

I agree with you Lina. There are a lot of events that are outside of our personal influence and the world is not necessarily fair. But with blaming our past, our parents or whatever happened to us we won't get out of it. On the contrary, we will concentrate even more on that situation. It is definitely not easy to shake things of, but we can take back the power over our own lives instead of leaving that control with whatever happened to us.
