		<description>Hi Renee and Sarah,

I love to work with leaders like this. Anyone who can praise in public and criticise in private and share the praise and take the blame is definitely a leader worth working for.

I&#039;ve been fortunate enough to have a few of these leaders in my life.

		<description>Hi Sean

You cannot be a leader to others until you can be a leader to yourself and this means really looking at what you deem to be leadership qualities.

If you write down all the qualities that you admire in a leader, have a look to see if you carry those same qualities. If not, you can always choose to stop the behaviours that do not define a leader and embrace the ones that do.

We become what we want to be when we are all that we admire in others.</description>

<description>I love leaders such as this, that step aside and let the praise fall on you and take the blame off you if there&#039;s any to lay. People make great leaders if they will stand beside you and not make you follow.

<description>I had a manager once who fit into all of these. Unfortunately when I brought it to her superior&#039;s attention no one backed me up as they were afraid of what might happen to them. It&#039;s disheartening to lose the loyalty of coworkers when you are standing up for yourself and trying to get someone to see things they should be doing differently to get the responses they want.

<description>I fully agree with you Jazz. Sometimes it takes more guts to admit that one was wrong than to just keep up a lie.
