It is all to easy to get caught up in things, particularly when trying to break out of the 9-5 daily grind when there is a serious amount of effort required. But it is important not to let other important things slip (such as family and loved ones) while doing so. Guy makes a good point regarding money versus lifestyle. I agree that money is merely a tool – a means to an end. It is important to have a clear purpose in pursuing money. If it is money for money’s sake then this can cause a whole lot of problems. But if one pursues money in order to be able to unlock an incredible lifestyle, then this is a completely different journey and this will affect both the way we go about earning money and ultimately where we want to end up.
