Giving Back – The Game Changer

Over the past 3 years, I have spent considerable time traveling to seminars, events and workshops. Most of them have been about wealth creation, mindset and Internet Marketing. Being a huge fan of Robert Kiyosaki’s early work and Napoleon Hill, I devoured as much about mindset as I possibly could.

One predominant thread I learned was this: The More You Give, The More You Receive.

The More You Give, The More You Receive

This became more evident as I went along. I soon got involved with many of the seminars & events. It was a great way for me to develop faster and to give back to others. During this time I have seen people grow, and people almost destroy themselves from greed. I have seen businesses grow like mushrooms out of the wealth creation turf, getting very big, to a shrunken – engulfed by greed – state of shame.

As a person who doesn’t comprehend why ANYONE would act from any other reason than Ethics and Integrity, I found that very hard to cope with. I could tell you some amazing stories, but now is not the time or venue for it. I need to digest the dirt I’ve seen and the (sub) human qualities that allow themselves to be controlled by such greed. AND there is a way to ignore all that and move on…

To the point…

The Game Changer

The Game Changer

This is my say against poor service, greed and non ethical behaviour in business. I am teaching ordinary, normal people how to improve their skills to market products and make a living online. To me it is a Game Changer. I want to help as many people as possible to build their online marketing skills and build a part time income – then growing it to a full time income online – for those who are prepared to make the effort.

This is also absolute Must-Know Information for Small Business Owners.

I have the Passion and Desire to help you Succeed. Do you have the same to allow me to help? I can be your mentor simply by you visiting my blogs regularly. The other option is that you can join my YOTA Forum.

Definition of a Game Changer:
“A game changer defines or re-defines the sector where it competes. A game changer sets the pricing and margin model in its sector. A game changer explores new geographies for its products, and in many cases betters mankind.”

My Definition Of Success

I speak of qualities such as Ethics, Integrity, Passion, Desire and the things that come to my mind. But there is much more to it. Your criteria is probably different to mine and that works just fine – for you. Before I get into more about The Game Changer, let me give you my definition of success.

Sean's Definition Of SuccessSean’s Definition of Success:
“Having the freedom and ability to do whatever you want, whenever you want, with the people you want to be around”

All of the above with the inclusion of Good Values, Ethics and Integrity, of course.

The YOTA Internet Marketing Forum

So, my Game Changer is based on some of my big passions: Internet Marketing (making money online) and Helping Others Achieve much, most, all or more, of what I’ve achieved from my online activities.

I know that Internet Marketing may not be everyone else’s cup of tea. But it is a vehicle that offers a lot of benefits:

  • An income stream without massive outlays (such as stockmarket, property, starting offline businesses)
  • Something you can build part time from home (a PC and an internet connection is your start)
  • You can do it alone – with some guidance of course. But this can be achieved without a mentor – I did! It just takes longer.
  • Build up a hobby style income to get comfortable with your online knowledge – before you take the plunge and go full time. Maybe you don’t want to go full time. Everyone has different goals and dreams.
  • And did I mention the Benefits for Small Businesses? I won’t even mention advertising costs that will be saved from Yellow Pages and Newspaper ads… What a waste of money when you can get your business on First Page of Google.
  • And Yes, I do know how to rank most keyword #1 on Google. AND I teach my friends in the YOTA Forum.

Better Return On Investment

Remember that anything you earn online, normally comes with a very low capital outlay. So even if the first earnings may not be super high, they are a better ROI (Return On Investment) than most other investments you make.

So that, my friends, is My Game Changer. I may not revolutionise the world but I am Hell-Bent on changing the industry and introduce a Massive Dose of Ethics, Integrity and Good Old Decency into this arena.

Thanks for taking the time to read my article. You can find my Forum Offer Here >>. It is only available for 36 hours.

For good values and better ethics.

  1. Hello Sean,

This is truly a game changer, your honesty and integrity is an attribute which I really respect. Thanks for making the effort and standing your ground.

Internet Marketing is certainly a great way to achieve your dreams, as I have done it myself as well.

You are a real inspiration and I’m honored to call you my mentor.

  3. I agree 110% Sean, I needed to read this today, you have restored my faith in Integrity and Ethics. My dear departed granmother always said ‘what goes around comes around’ and as I have gotten older I have come to understand this statement more and more. Thankyou for being you.

  4. Its a breath of fresh air to see a person who is an internet guru with such high ethic’s and integrity. I personally believe this is something which has seriously been lacking within the internet market.

So Sean, thank you very much for setting the bench for all others to follow.

Its truly a gift knowing you and you are an inspiration to all.

  5. Sean I am a big believer in the “Karma” theory where what you give, whether positive or negative comes back to you often in multiples. It is refreshing to be involved with someone who genuinely wants to help others rather than fleece them for his own personal gain. It is refreshing and unfortunately quite rare.

    • I totally agree with you Ed.
I joined Sean’s forum and I have l gained so much from Sean and his Zodiacs, the biggest cost to me has been the time I put in to learn.

      • I do to Rita. The biggest cost and challenge is balancing the time to not just learn but putting into practice.

Is it worth? Even if it takes me twice as long as the next person? ABSOLUTELY!!!!

It is definitely a recipe for success!

  6. I respect nothing more that ethics and integrity, and I have found exactly that in Sean. Great to see someone who honestly wants to help other people, ahead of helping their back pockets….unlike another arrogant, greedy, non-ethical internet marketing company I have had the displeasure of dealing with over the past 12 months.

    Hello Sean,

I thank you for your honesty and integrity and wish you all the best in bringing the internet marketers into line with honesty and integrity as well.
I would have loved to have been advanced further when i started with you as my mentor, but the help i have received from the people you have helped is truly setting me on the right path to success.
Best of luck to you Sean and may dream come true because we will be there to help it become a reality.

  8. I am one who has been taken for a ride in the past by un-ethical business people, I am not about to tell the stories or run them down as that would place me at their level.

I would rather learn from the experience and still follow my goals & dreams, you see……. if you let these type stop you from proceeding in your quest for success and freedom then you have let them control your outcome.

Sean Rasmussen has ethics & integrity of a quality that is very rarely seen, and I must say I am ever so grateful to have come in contact with Sean, as my life has skyrocketed towards the success I have always dreamed of.
Only since practicing and learning his methods he teaches and stands by.

Thank you Sean……… You are in fact the Game Breaker in my eyes.

    Dear Sean,
Enjoyed reading your game changer blog. A gentle reminder how important honesty, integrity and sincerety are in the world we live. I have only known you for a short period of time but you certainly demonstrate all of these qualities. I am so disappointed to see there are people in this world who are not genuine and not honest. Thank you Sean for your reminder on how important it is for people to be honest and supportive. Well done Sean.

  10. Sean
It’s a pleasure to read what you are giving back and as a beta tester on your forum I have to say it’s fun and I’m enjoying it. Sean gives so much information and he and the Zodiacs are always patient even with some of the questions I come up with.

  16. My mother in law has spent tens of thousands on American internet marketing information. I constantly field questions from her (usually on Sundays) which just make my blood boil…how can a $10000 US internet marketing course leave two people so out of pocket and not armed with any thing other than false hope of riches they are likely never to see. I am so glad to be associated with one of the few good guys in this business, your integrity and honesty is directly related to your success, there is no doubt.

I hope your mother-in-law sees the sense of your involvement with Sean and gets out of what she is in and joins one of his programs. The one announced on the webinar of the 29th may just suit her – the LCM looked really good.

There is integrity in some marketers and your experience here should help her see that ethics are a base in whatever Sean is doing.

        • Hi Lina, Renee and Wal,

I’m also incredibly grateful for the YOTA forum. Sean has changed the game for a lot of people. He has given this incredible opportunity to change our lives.

It’s up to us to put the effort in to master the various facets of internet marketing. Sean and his fabulous team of Zodiacs will support us every step of the way. I am so grateful for the opportunity.
.-= Jazz Salinger´s last blog ..Finding Your Passion =-.

          • You’re right Jazz – he has changed the game. I was actually trying to think of an equivalent to the Learn and Earn comp but coudn’t think of one.
I am sure there must be one or two …. or is there any?

There are honest marketers out there – but I don’t really know any that FULLY believe in paying it forward – at least not on the scale of this comp.

Usually if they give something of value, there is also a cost somewhere along the track. Here there is no cost at all. At least Sean can derive some benefits from all the linking and our traffic which is one way for us to re-pay as it were.

          • Let’s up the ante then Peter and be game changers. Set the path for them to follow and on that path we can give it back.

          • @ Peter (no reply available on his post)

We can all change the game for our own benefit. Once this 7 weeks is over I am going to have a book giveaway for every X number of comments/ followers on my blog. (haven’t decided on the particulars yet).

Depending on what our blog is about, what our intention and objective is we can all have a Learn and Earn competition of our own.

Can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with.
.-= Sarah Butland´s last blog ..So Absolutely Thrilled I’m Shaking- =-.

          • @ Sarah
That’s a neat idea – a great way to share with others here and continue to build our fledgling network, which we would be nuts to just let go when the 7 weeks is finished.

I just wrote a note to myself to follow up on this. Any suggestions are welcome!

          • @ Bernadette
Yes, let’s up the ante – as I said to @ Sarah below/above (?) – in this comp we have the contacts to build up a really good network to move on together so that the opportunities we have been given or exposed to here in For A Few Dollars More won’t be wasted.

          • @ Peter & Sarah

Not only am I excited about the results from being part of the competition but extremely excited about what is going to follow as a consequence of associating with some awesome like-minded people

          • @ Peter

I think sometime back you mentioned amongst your projects something about children (hope that’s right). If so I’d be interested in collaborating. I’m sure you’ve picked up on it but I do have a strong passion in that area.

            Happy to make suggestions.

          • @ Bernadette re your 2 comments (11th)

Just let me know hat you think – we can Skype discuss it sometime.
And, it will be interesting to see what follows the comp and how we can build up some good associations to progress further

  18. Hey you forgot one really good point – you are a family man with two amazing boys πŸ™‚
I like your honesty and how you want to help Australians succeed. I have meet you a couple of times (sometimes I have been too shy to say hi!!) and can tell that you hold yourself proud. Its amazing to think that others in the industry are able to sleep at night time after some of the dishonest ways they have carried themselves.
I like to bellieve what goes around comes around, so sooner or later they will get what they give out.
I know one thing, I would rather have my name associated with YOTA than any other internet Marketing company that are out there – be very aware – some of them are like sharks.

I recently talked to a friend who strongly believes in the power of the Law of Attraction and has turned her entire life around as a result. She’s an amazing person and I tell her that and learn from her constantly. When she told me she wasn’t having children because the world is such a negative place I was dumbfounded.

One of the reasons I recently had my first child was because of the Law of Attraction and what I could pass on. We may be overly negative now but if the positive parents pass on their knowledge to kids well then, that’s going to be a whole new game!

This is the creation of the win/win situation.

  26. Enjoy your contribution Sean and am sure this is why I stay with you as a mentor and the forum. The persons that have gathered here are certainly like minded and always willing to help each other..
The forum has become a direct reflection of yourself, zodiacs and members all contributing..

  27. Hi Sean

You say you may not revolutionise the world but you have certainly revolutionised mine.
I learned about ‘The More You Give, The More You Receive’ from you back in August 2007 when I signed up to another affiliate program through you. Don’t think your honesty and integrity doesn’t stand out because people like you filter nicely to the top when all the scammers and dishonest sink to the ground.

Those in honesty and integrity do what they say they are going to therefore building trust.
That is what you did for me and my family. Every quality you teach here is every quality I have seen in you.

You always delivered more and kept in touch with us, kept us interested in what you were doing and treated us with great respect.

I have no doubts that you will mentor me to success as an internet marketer, and I am willing to give 100%. I am very fortunate to be in the YOTA Forum. Thankyou Sean

    • Changing the world starts with one person so the fact that Sean has changed you (and me) means a change is happening and it’s a wonderful change.

I know that you will be stupendous in your efforts and success as you are dedicated and know where to find the right people to help you, Elly.

      Best of luck!

  28. Ethics, Integrity, Passion, Desire – strong words not often found strung together. The last two perhaps are – but it’s a different picture when they are joined to the first two.
I think all of us have been burned at one time or another by those who don’t prize or value integrity.

Sean has it – more so because by stating them openly and on record – it means he will stand by what he says.

  29. I think your definition of success sums it up nicely and that’s what I would like to. I see your passion and desire coming through for all of us to succeed.

It comes through in the time and effort you have put in. I’m sure you have plenty of other awesome things you could be doing instead so am grateful to again be in front of some who is leading by example.

I also see the qualities of ethics and integrity as without those you wouldn’t be any any sort of business, let alone one as successful as yours.

  30. Overall and absolutely great blog post. I think it my even be the top of my list.

Return on investment is good to keep a track of and when you are outlaying none or marginal, using internet marketing, then your profits are of course much higher.

After all you don’t want to go broke making money. The whole idea of business is to make it not spend it.

  31. Wow Sean,

You are not just a professional internet marketer but a man of great wisdom and understanding. So true “The more you give, the more you receive”.

Your definition of success is perfect and yes we all want that freedom (financial freedom) and the ability to do whatever we want and whenever we want with the right people around. We just need that strenght and the right attitude (passion, desire) to be successful.

I will have to be more comfortable my online knowledge before taking the plunge and move forward.

    Cheers

  32. Bernadette – so very wise you are. I do know that once we become successful so will the world. And on the way those people we help will be able to find their own purpose and passion, their own path to success.

Such the world is a great place and will be greater still.

    • Thanks for your kind words. Some of it is common sense and the rest has come from changing my thinking and it has been attracted to me. I am not implying I’m a genius by adding this quote “Genius ain’t nothing more than elegant common sense” Josh Billings.

Giving back gives me even joy that what I receive back. I love helping people. It’s a disease that I became infected with some years ago for which there is no known cure. πŸ˜€

      • I’m infected and love passing it on. And we’re all geniuses, don’t sell yourself short – ever.

Meeting here, following Sean’s rules, and learning so much is what makes us all brilliant. This Learn and Earn competition is heating up nicely and I have realized that the infection is passed on more easily when brought to a rapid bubble.

Let’s crank up the heat and surprise Sean Rasmussen with our dedication and effort. Let’s keep this competition, this motivation going well past the 7 weeks.

Hang on tight cowboys and cowgirls – Yehaa!!

      • That Billings quote is worth noting down isn’t it? I hope by the end of the Learn and Earn comp I can apply it more, as I am not a genius in the normally accepted use of that word.

BTW – some incurable ‘diseases’ are worth contracting. Methinks, perhaps Sean has it too – and hopefully infecting all of us in this venture.

      • Thank god there is no cure needed – and let’s hope that your “disease” is very very much contagious so there will be even more of us in the future πŸ™‚

          Time for me later.

        • Josh Billings quote is one of my favourites. I think it’s certain that Sean has it. It is highly contagious so the more people he can ‘touch’ the quicker it can become an epidemic.

  33. I know I said it earlier but this has to be this top post I’ve read.

I would just like to add to that, after reading all the awesome comments by others, just how profound it is and how impacting and how much it is giving back to those who have read it.

It is bringing out everyone’s true passion and desire for success.

    • You’re right Bernadette – the Learn and Earn Competition has both given free information and really bolstered the hopes of many of us struggling to get along in affiliate marketing.

The more you give the more you receive is a good aphorism to put up on the wall in front of my computer – or giving back the game changer – for any of us that takes that on board

I agree, in this post there is a depth of feeling which reaches all of us. Like everyone else, I’m very inspired.
