Hi Sean,
You know what I find incredible? That there are some people out there who are ready to seize an opportunity to go for the jugular and unjustly condemn a man of honourable standing.

My focus here is not on John Cleese and Sarah Palin but on the criticism received by Sean in this article.

What motivates a person to attack someone like Sean while Bobby, who dosn’t hold back, is left alone and without a mention. Good on you, by the way Bobby, you’re a champion.

Hiding behind an innocent baby’s profile indicates a deceiptive character. Constructive criticism is always open and upfront.

The interesting thing here is that the attack is justified (by the attacker’s opinion) of what the moral standards are of the person that they have launched the attack on. Let me put it clearly. Ken attacked Sean on what Ken thinks is Sean’s moral standards and he did so without asking Sean first if he is correct in his assesment of Sean’s moral standards.

My question is: What type of person would want to try to bring a person’s moral standards down instead of trying to raise-up the moral standards of their own?

G’day Sean,
Twitter – so much to learn about its’ uses as yet, but I watched the recording last week and more sunk in. I think it’s great our pollies have gone to social media in an effort to catch up with the Yota Forum members. They will need expert help like the forum members get to catch us.

John Cleese absolutely kills me, and his Sarah Pailin ” parrot ” analogy was too good.

Hello Sean,

I still find it hard to believe that a politician is on twitter? Maybe his/her office are on twitter, with the help of Office staff?

What I have noticed with famous people, and with the likes of Politicians is that they are well known so they will straight away have followers. Do they say anythin worthwhile in their messages on twitter or facebook? Probably not. The Politicians also seem to join social media sites around election times – is that so they are more popular to attract more votes?

I thought this was a good post. Of course when you use the “Politicians” it is bound to upset some (majority) of the people. You can’t please everyone, I have come to the conclusion that all you can do in this life is be true to yourself.
