Highly recommended. Easiest way you’ll ever learn to get $1,000 bucks. By the way Sean, is the prize 1000AUD? Or USD? Or NZD?

I think that there is plenty of time left. It can be in anyone’s pocket.
The time is fast running out. It will be pretty hard to get you from here.

Worry does no one any good, I am still so delighted to be a part of this and to have the time in my life to absorb the brilliance of Sean’s blogs and everyone’s comments.

As long as it’s not Zim dollars, otherwise the winner will be celebrating with a cool $2.90

Monopoly money is worth more than Zim Dollars
So it seems
http://boingboing.net/2010/03/11/man-buys-drugs-with.html
Zim dollars are from Zimland. They speak Zimlish which is very similar to English every word ends with “zim.” Hope that helps Gee!
But I am sure Sean won’t pay-olla in Zim dollars – as pretty as Zim is.
.-= Samantha Banfield´s last blog ..Sean Rasmussen and his crazy talk! =-.
Thats so funny – what would your hourly rate be if it were in Zim dollars…4 hours of commenting = ? I hate to think.

Definitely the easiest way to make $1000.
It might be fun but I don’t know about the easiest, trying to keep up with you!
Hi Gee,
It’s all in the perception:)
Well, that’s what I thought 2 weeks ago! Can I take that back?

Hello Sean
So good to be able to hear the Webinar again. I missed out of the first 15 minutes due to computer issues!!
Hey If I could make the webinar and it was my husband David and I 15th Wedding Anniversary, there should be a no reason for anyone to miss it
I even changed our dinner plans from last night to going out tonight, but that’s because I wanted to make sure I could get the most valuable information.
Thanks Sean. I love learning and there is nothing that beats learning from the best.
Cheers

I think putting a Wedding Anniversary on hold for my webinar sounds pretty cool, though that is a surefire recipe for trouble
Hello Sean,
It was pretty cool, and nope not a surefire receipe for trouble, hubby was the one to suggestion we change our plans to Friday night. We had a good time, and I got to hear the information about your competition so we were both happy
Thanks Marney and Rita for your kind words
Cheers

Hi Lisa
that is certainly a great effort, shows how keen you both are. Hope you had cause to celebrate later…BTW Congratulations to you both!
cheers
Well I actually managed to get on the webinar in the right time zone…..nearly a first for me. I have a habit of not checking EST Brisbane time….we are more special than the rest of Australia. Hope the seminar in Melbourne is going well, and have you managed to have a pizza yet? If so what is the verdict?
Cheers
Brisbane is a special place Marney I come from the South of western Australia but I still love Queensland it is a great place.

Hi Sean me again….I thought I should let everyone know that once you get the hang of answering blogs or stories it gets easier and easier. It is really nice when someone replies to one of your comments as well. To be acknowledged as a person who counts is rather pleasing.
So all of you newbies (LOL listen to me!) just have a go, it doesn’t even hurt…..cheers
Way to go Marney! Welcome to the wonderful world of commenting on blogs. Nice to meet you
.-= Sarah Butland´s last blog ..Attracting Good People and Good Books =-.
Thanks Sarah,
It is good when people acknowledge remarks, and not the bad remarks. So many people today only jump at the negative and forget that the positive is what often keeps us going.
I recently wrote a workshop, or funshop as I call it and one of the chapters deals with the ability to give and receive compliments.
My complimentary de-stress report can be found at http:// http://www.kinique.com
Just downloaded it and, although I don’t need it now, I know there’s a time in my future that things like your report will be able to help me with.
Compliments definitely work for me. Often we’re coached by being told what we’re doing wrong instead of what we’re doing right. Highlighting what we’re doing only attracts more of that so whenever possible it’s best to reward the outstanding things a person does.
.-= Sarah Butland´s last blog ..Attracting Good People and Good Books =-.
Here, here! And as we used to say in the factories at ‘Kaploweeee Ammunitions’ – Kaplow!
Love your spirit Marney! Focus first on yourself & what you are doing – adding value & putting in your ‘gold’ comments and you will attract replies of equal value!
See, I even added a treasure map reference – GOLD!!!
.-= Samantha Banfield´s last blog ..Sean Rasmussen and his crazy talk! =-.
Hi Marney,
So true. It’s really a great feeling to have someone respond to your comments.
Great work Marney! It’s about the connection and community that builds… And it all starts with a comment! It’s called participation and interaction. That’s fundamental to everything in life. You’ll fly from here. Warning: You might get addicted though!
.-= Lina Nguyen´s last blog ..How to make comments online and build your online persona =-.
HI Lisa,
Congratulations to You and Hubby on your 15th Wedding Anniversary May there be many many more
Rita
Hi Sean,
I really enjoyed last nights webinar. You’re very funny as I really enjoy the graphics. (They’re almost as good as Yang’s.)
That’s below the belt Jazz
Hi Gee,
I just think Yang brings us some that are uniquely funny.
Well, how can anyone compete with a big, bright, shiny, gold Yang?
.-= Lina Nguyen´s last blog ..Richard Branson Business School: A day visit =-.
Most of Yang’s inspiration is from below the belt (big belly laugh!)
Thank you so much for putting this on your site as I wasn’t to make it to the webinar. Very true, all of what you said, as comments simply to comment are truly annoying

Hi Sean,
Thanks for delivering an informative webinar on Thursday 18 March, 2010. I have retired from a successful career in Customer Service and fully support your notions of building a congenial rapport with associates to develop successful Business Relationships. The key theme for growth is “Active People are Winners”. However, it is important to focus activity in high productivity areas, which I am sure has been enhanced by the information you have passed on re.”Commenting on Other Peoples Blogs”.

Hi Jazz
Just kidding. If I can keep my 2nd spot I will be doing well. I haven’t been able to keep up my early momentum.
I know the best and most focused person will win.

Not only entertaining but also is very laid back. I feel put off when the speaker comes across as “high & mighty” – being relaxed with who’s delivering the info is so important to me! And Sean fits that bill for me!

Hi Sean,
Listening to the webinar again has captured some little triggers in the brain, about posting comments. I love the way you are encouraging people to comment on blogs, leaving your details and at the same time, have the opportunity to earn $1000.00 or a Surprise!!!!!!

I should get a prize for doing this on behalf of mankind. The rest of the guys aren’t helping me any
Hi Gee,
Mankind is so lucky to have you:)
Hi Jazz
Yes I know. The other guys could still be helping. Sean is the nearest and he isn’t even in the competition. Or is he?
.-= Gee´s last blog ..Basic HTML Coding and Scripting for Baby Boomers =-.
thanks so much Sean for speaking in plain english and giving us the opportunity to make it on the internet by following your simple suggestions.

Hi Jazz
Is that a compliment? Thanks . You can do it to. Now back to the task at hand.
.-= Gee´s last blog ..Basic HTML Coding and Scripting for Baby Boomers =-.
G’day Sean,
The webinar was so informative. I had no idea of how important commenting on other people’s blogs is. With only a small number of comments so far, my inbox is filled with Facebook and Twitter requests. Far more than usual, so I put it down to the comments.
Feeling great !
Cheers
Harry

I know what you mean Harry. I have a pile waiting in the queue. It’s all Jazz’s fault
Surely it’s not all my fault.
Well maybe not all your fault. There’s also Renee and Lina for being so competitive.
Man I’m going to be burnt out after this.
.-= Gee´s last blog ..Basic HTML Coding and Scripting for Baby Boomers =-.
Jazz – I feel you’ll have to have broad shoulders to cop all the blame the others pile onto you.
Stand tall and proud, and remember that Italian saying ” Nil Bastardo Carborundum ” or something similar. Not 100% sure of the spelling, but I bet you get it !

Fantastic to see people discovering the real benefits to doing this… Not the $1,000, is it?

Sure is Lina.
I’d almost forgot about the cash. Just trying to keep a bloke in amongst you girls is motivation enough.

Mr Sean,
I wouldn’t worry about those anal teacher types who love correcting everyone else’s English – and have hang ups over that non-English language (American). I used to worry about that but I have let go a bit. I still proff read of course but not so hung up on getting it 1000% perfection. The idea is getting your work out there.
AND the fun part for me is to know it is wrong, just a little, having someone correcting me – acknowledging them and then doing nothing about it. Just for fun!! I did that just the once. It’s funny seeing the reaction & what people are focussed on!!
Brings me back to visions of ‘how to win friends and influence people’. One of the rules is not to correct people when it serves no purpose.
And these days as I get less anal, I am discovering the joy of just getting stuff written & posted. The lesson here is what you focus on. The only purpose it serves is to make people feel ‘correct’ & ‘right’. There is no right way.. there is only the ‘WRITE’ way.
.-= Samantha Banfield´s last blog ..Sean Rasmussen and his crazy talk! =-.
It’s the best selling authors that have highly paid editors who put out books littered with errors that really bother me. Those who are taking the time they have left in their day to write and don’t have paid editors and make simple errors all they want as long as they learn from it.
.-= Sarah Butland´s last blog ..Attracting Good People and Good Books =-.
LOL. Love it! “I still proff read”. Great one, Sam!
Thanks Sean… I always love people making fun of me! I am guessing it’s all tongue in chweeak
I am glad you still proff read. Hey, maybe I did that deliberately. You will never know… but I gwess you know otherise.
Ha! Spot the boo-boo’s!!! Yeah, I did those deliberately!
(Note to Sam: Nice one… you covered yourself really well, noone will ever know)

Interesting, considering that you are capitalising on the content of our comments as we hope to capitalize on the ability to leave them. Win – Win marketing at its best.
.-= Terry Tiessen´s last blog ..Payday Loans Australia =-.
The real insight, when I put ALL jokes aside… well, just for a second, is that the ‘treasure’ lies in all of us. When you unlock the treasure chest inside of you, you will get more than you bargained for. Get prepared for some change – and not the kind that Kmart is advertising at the moment – which is SO stuck in my head (damn you to darnation advertisers!!). I have been up & down ALL week – and it’s all good, no complaints, tippy ho ho chaps and chappies… I get happy & frustrated in the learnings. And you guys know that frustration is a good thing – like the friction from rubbing stones together to get a diamond. And you know diamonds can be found in treasure chests, diamonds and gold… shiny objects. Trick is to not get distracted by shiny objects. If you have seen Lord of the Rings, you may have seen the ower ONE ring can have over people – eventually losing sight of yourself. When I saw that movie I said to myself that I never want an object to have that much power of me.
The gift that Sean has given, and the choice is ours, is to provide the opportunity to learn about ourselves – unlock our own treasure chests. And focus is the key, as shiny objects will distract you from the real long-term value. I’m talking about the connections with yourself & others – you will be surprised at the treasure other people will see in you. And for sensitive souls like me, it can bring a tear to your eye. To be honest – I have never seen a spec of treasure within myself… some dust maybe, I have . Opening up about myself like never before – not hiding behind my comic-self that makes everyone laugh – I hate talking about myself. I need to rephrase that – I lack trust talking about myself.
I guess that has changed a bit since participating in the “Fistful of Dollars.” And that folks is my treasure!
I think there is a treasure in there waiting for you, Sam
Wow, that is so wonderfully written. Your treasure is certainly not ending there, you have a brilliance about you much more long lasting and distracting than anything shiny – including a diamond. Like it takes time to produce a diamond worth value it takes time to perfect ourselves as well as to trust ourselves enough to brag about that perfection. You are just about ready, Samantha and I’m so very glad I found the treasure of our friendship and know it’s already off to a great shine.

I am choked up here. I did not know I would have that effect on other people – I was just baring my soul. For me, it’s like falling from a great height and having people below catch you with the softest of hands.
Sarah, I am honoured that you would call me a friend. Your sincerity is deeply touching and I will be forever grateful for your supportive words of encouragement. I too feel like that this is the start of a beautiful friendship…
…oh, and how can I forget you Sean – you are tops! Yep, that’s about as much as I can muster. I am teasing! You may never know the effect that your blogs have had on me mentally & spiritually.
