I would class our Forum as a mastermind group – a place where likeminded people meet who are here to encourage and support each other on their path to success.
Leadership is an amazing quality and it is funny how some people “want” to be leaders and try to make people follow them, but don’t take the time to earn the respect of their peers and workers. I have met many “quiet” leaders who just have a way about them, coupled with integrity, clear purpose and an organised desire to take action on a regular basis. People just naturally gravitate to them and are happy to follow them in their purpose to achieve something wonderful in their lives and the lives of others.
