Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining – and a melted server

As hundreds of people were flooding in to grab one of the 200 Free Lifetime Bronze Memberships to my new program, The Common Sense Formula, something happened…

Or should I say something broke?

What Would Lassie Do?

2 hours into the launch, something went wrong. What was it? I don’t know! If I knew then I would have fixed it, right? So my first thought was this:

“What would Lassie Do?”

You know, the famous movie star Dog from the ancient days of black and white TV. Well, Lassie couldn’t do anything anymore (obviously) because Lassie has been fertilizing Daffodils for quite a while. So what would a marketer do? I know exactly what an Internet Marketer would do… This is what he/she would say:

We Had So Many People Try To Join, Our Servers Overloaded!

That’s what they all say when they bugger up. You were so keen to join, that you – and the other 10,000 people melted the servers! Man, they are good! Well, I buggered something up and it broke. I think that is pretty cool that I got it fixed in the end though (after 6 hours, or so).

In the end, the fault was so funny, I might share it with you one day soon – in the Bronze Membership area 😉

So here is my internet marketing ploy to save face and pretend you all melted my servers and crushed each other in the doorway to get to my program first (throwing women and children to the side), like a savage crowd trying to get their hands on the last 2 remaining tickets to a Kenny G concert… OK. That’s a little bit silly. But I think you get the point.

Doors Are Now Open All Day Thursday. For Free!

To make up for the delays (and all the distressed emails that are in my inbox), I am removing the limit of 200 Free Lifetime Bronze Memberships. I will make it UNLIMITED for the full day, Thursday 21 April 2011.

So tell your friends, family, uncles, aunties, acquaintances, boy friends, girl friends, the bloke in the deli and the lady that wears that funny beige hat. Tell them all! Share the news and let the fun begin. The gates are OPEN all day Thursday.

Just tell them that my servers melted due to the rush and madness with everyone trying to join up at once.

Or… tell them I buggered it up because I’m just a normal guy that gets thing wrong too, occasionally. Maybe that’s why people understand me when I explain online strategies in layman’s term – because I’m just like you!

Oh, yeah… a normal guy that replaced his income and made $60,000 per week for 15 months straight – based on common sense.

They might make an Internet Marketer out of me yet 😉

The Silver Lined Cloud

So the launch was held up. Because of the delays, now unlimited people have the opportunity to get into the Bronze Memberships. That certainly is a cloud with a silver lining – even if it had a melted down server. And as far as the fault that held up the launch; I can comfortably say that it was totally out of (my) control. LOL

Collect Now While It’s There

You know where to go (and to send your friends) to collect your goodies: Common Sense Formula

See you in the Bronze Member’s area – and remember to hurry before the clock turns to Friday!

  1. Hi Sean,

Well done! A wonderful result, and how inspiring to know that our mentor walks his talk! I am taking great pleasure in saying that I have already logged onto the site and “It Is Good”. Thank you.

My eyes are nearly as tired as yours – so I’m off for a nap before I wake up to start again with the ‘silver lining’ news for everyone. This is a supremely generous remedy, Sean. One day everyone who accepts your offer tomorrow/today(Thursday) will realise this fully!

  2. Hi Sean, I hate to tell you but I tried to sign in to the instant access page thursday morning and it said “that email is already taken”. OOpps, what do I do now?

  3. Oh Sean, Sean, Sean.

Does this mean that I really didn’t have to get up at 3am this morning? You know what that does to an old man’s system? Oh well, I had to go to the bathroom anyways.

All joking aside, I’m looking forward to participating in the new program even if only as a Bronze Member.

All the best from the Great White North,

  4. Sean – that is the sort of dedication from which legends are created. You have definitely won the Nightowl Award for last night / this morning.
    1 000 000 000 000 000 00 + thank-yous.

    • I’ll second that one, Harry. ‘The Legend Of Sean The Nightowl’. You could write an eBook and sell it on one of your internet marketing sites! Do you think that might be a common sense formula for success?

  5. One more comment – sort of. The lyrics of a 1920 – 1930 song by Jerome Kern called ” LOOK FOR THE SILVER LINING ” a BIT OLD FASHIONED BUT A GREAT MESSAGE

    Look for the silver lining
When e’er a cloud appears in the blue.
Remember somewhere, the sun is shining
And so the right thing to do is make it shine for you.

A heart, full of joy and gladness
Will always banish sadness and strife
So always look for the silver lining
And try to find the sunny side of life.

  6. Thank yo,u thank you, thank you for denying yourself your beauty sleep to help us. I am sure the Easter bunny will definitely come to you this year. I use to love watching Lassie as a kid.

  7. How wonderful, I succeeded in reaching the silver lining, I did experience a few hiccups but persistence paid out. Thank you, thank you.
I am so looking forward to all the wonderful things you have in store for us. : )

  8. Hello Sean,

Now thats what I call being the Easter Bunny and giving big time!! You amaze me every single time with how much you give…

  9. Jacqui Emery says:

Thank you again for leaving door open on Friday 29th April – I walked through! Jacqui
