Merry Christmas! I wish you and your family the most outstanding and excellent Christmas and New Year - from myself and everyone involved in Universal Wealth Creation & WebVision2020.

My Gifts to You

Before I venture to far into my ‘ramblings’ about life and how great it is, let me share some good news with you. Over the coming 3 - 4 weeks, I will be handing out gifts to you. I’m trying to cater for all interests and therefore this is the promised delivery of those gifts:

  1. Reprogramming The Mind For Success. My good friend Dean has donated 1/2 of his book to give away to you. It’s yours to collect now. Read more further down in this article.
  2. Best Of The Bullhunter. I have compiled the best stories, past, present and future, from my stockmarket blog. They are all in a book and it will be yours to collect in January / February 2009.
  3. Year Of The Affiliate. I have extended the book that sells for $97 from 174 to 264 pages. I am giving away 130 pages of this book, totally for free, in January, February & March 2009. Stay tuned to collect your copy. You can see the current version here. All owners of the current version will receive the entire 2nd edition.

2008 - What A Year!

2008 has been a fantastic year for me and I sincerely hope it was very good for you too. You got this message from me from Fiji back in February 08. I promised 3 videos from 3 continents in 2008. You only got 2 but I promise there will be plenty of making it up to you in 2009. You have my word on that!

I filmed this Christmas message for you a few weeks ago in Hong Kong.

From The Big Buddha In Hong Kong

Hong Kong

Buddha in Hong KongTraveling to Hong Kong was great! It has been a long time dream of mine to go to Disneyland and certainly take my 2 sons there. We spent 4 days at Hong Kong Disney. My kids had an absolute ball. Nothing makes me happier than to see my sons happy!

This is a part of my promise, dream and commitment to take my sons to every continent in the world by the time they are 20. Most of you know this already and one way I keep myself accountable to this goal is to make it public to you, my sons and of course myself.

Make Promises

Set yourself some promises for the coming year. Commit to them by making them public. The easiest person in the world to let down is yourself, so if you simply make a silent promise to yourself to achieve something, chances are you might not arrive at that goal. Making your goal public keeps you accountable to those you like and love. My goals are public since 2004 (online) and I have achieved many of them. Try it. It really works!

Have Fun In The Process

Sean Having Fun in Hong KongMy main motto is to have fun at all times. There are times when this seems much harder than others but as long as you keep a positive outlook on life and are grateful for everything you have in life, then things get easier and easier to do. There are times when it seems like you have the world on your shoulders.  In reality it only comes down to your outlook on life and a positive mindset can totally change your direction and results in life.

Please share this outlook with me and hopefully we can all achieve some great things together.

Support Charities

There are 4 main charities I support. The Royal Flying Doctors Service, Angel Flight, The Surf Life Savers and Greenpeace. Supporting a charity makes you feel good. I started doing this before I could afford it. The amounts have increased since I started and I aim to keep doing this for as long as I’m around. This is another major reason why I achieve my goals - because I remind myself of the good things I do and that encourages me and makes me feel stronger and better about everything.

Reprogramming The Mind For Success

So, here’s todays gift. This is a book by my friend Dean Whittingham. He is an ordinary person, just like you and me, yet he is outstanding. The extraordinary thing about him is that he has written a book about the ability to Rewire Your Mind. As you know, I’m into mindset and motivational stuff big time. So when Dean gave me his book, I read it from cover to cover in one day. I know for a fact that this book will help anyone that reads it. If you apply the techniques, like I do, it works a treat. The book sells for $97 but you can grab 1/2 of it now for free by following the below link.

That’s all from me for now. I will be posting more stories between Christmas and New Year about my recent trip to Hong Kong. Thanks for joining me.

Have a most outstanding Christmas

Greetings From Hong Kong Disney

December 7th, 2008

Sean and familyGreetings from Hong Kong. I have been that busy here with family activities and a couple of business meetings, that I didn’t get a blog post back to you guys - sorry!

I posted in 2 other blogs about my stock market trading as I spend about 10 minutes every workday looking at the charts. Even when on holidays, this is not much of a chore. Normally I do this before breakfast and have the rest of the day to relax.

I must say that Hong Kong is much different to what I imagined. It’s funny how impressionable we are by propaganda and news that is imposed upon us. I have noticed some areas (many, actually) where the Hong Kongers beat us westerners hands down on quality of life. Of course, there were also some that I wouldn’t want to duplicate in my life. I will post a longer blog about this when I get back to Australia, when ‘I’m back at work’.

Hong Kong Disneyland

Hong Kong Disneyland HotelThis is the hotel we are staying at. Everything is absolutely immaculate and the staff are even friendlier than the locals - and means REALLY friendly! We have been very comfortable around the Cantonese speaking citizens of Hong Kong. Many of them speak fluent English but even when they don’t, they still treat us as another one of them.

The level of politeness is evident in their culture. Even though I am about 12 - 18 inches taller (30 - 45cm) than the average person here, it seems to go unnoticed, though every now and again, I see a quick stolen glance with a “Holy Crap” look on their face. That is pretty funny!

Horse HedgeOne kid, yesterday at Disneyland, turned around and looked at my knees, then proceeded to look upwards, and upwards, and upwards - and the look on her face was hillarious! This cute little girl just saw a Giant. Her mum politely smiled at me with a “she’s just a little girl and doesn’t know not to stare” smile on her face.

They are beautiful people.

In The City

Disneyland Hotel MazeOf course, in the city, you get the people walking up to you in the street trying to sell imitation Prada handbags and Rolex watches, but by now I know how to politely brush them off in a quick “No Thanks”. In the past I have been caught out in other countries getting dragged into stores for the big selling procedure to the silly tourist.

It’s amazing how easy it is to simply say “No” and hence save yourself and the other person any grief. On many occasions, I have failed to say no to someone and gotten further and further into a situation I never wanted to be in - both in business and in my personal life.

Saying no, is not a bad thing. Sometimes it’s the best answer for everyone involved.

Immaculate Settings

Daisy DuckThe Disneyland Hotel is spot on and I can highly recommend it. Check out the picture of a maze above in the hotel gardens. Small kids could get lost in there - and a few local adults!

We had breakfast with Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Pluto and Daisy Duck. Daisy took a fancy to me, I think, but she sort of took a fancy to everyone. But we don’t need to tell anyone that!

The Disney Parade

Mickey MouseThe Disneyland Parade was spot on. I filmed a fair bit and took stacks of pics. Do you think I stood out with a camera around here? No way! These guys put Japanese Tourists to shame. Man, do they love their cameras! And posing, well these guys are the masters of posing for a camera. I have some absolutely hillarious mind images of girls posing for cameras. Pretty funny stuff for a westener. Well, Australia is further East than mainland China, but we will still take the tag of ‘Westener’ because… I suppose someone gave it to us. ;)

I’ll be back with another post about Hong Kong when I get back to Australia. Have fun and I’ll see you soon.

Until next time…

Have a most outstanding day!

The Worlds Longest Golfcourse. Fun On The Range

November 19th, 2008

Last week I stumbled across a real Gem! On my recent break from Internet Marketing I took my family on a casual 2,000 km roundtrip to the Fraser Range Sheep Station. 437,000 Acres of wilderness! Just another Aussie Outback Station… That’s when I found out about the new golfcourse they are building.

Nullarbor Links - The Longest Golf Course In The World

Nullarbor Links Golf Course

Nullarbor Links will be the longest golfcourse in the world when completed in 2009.  It will be 1,365 km long.  This is a fantastic concept for tourism.  People will start in Gold Digging Town Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, then play hole for hole across the Nullarbor Plain, finishing up in Ceduna, South Australia - 1,365 km away!  Fraser Range Station will be hole number 6 along the way.

Golfers will absolutely love this and are bound to travel from all over the globe to play this course.

My estimate would be to allow a casual 5 - 7 days for this exercize, but only if you are on a time constraint! 10 days would be better, allowing for staying overnight after 2 holes of golf. After all, you’ll be traveling a few miles between greens.  This is a real lifestyle enterprise for a golfer.  Even though I’m not a crazy golf addict, I’d give this course a go when it’s ready. Why not, indeed!

Now, I’ll share some of my latest holiday. No more golf… I promise!

Fraser Range Sheep Station - 437,000 Acres

Fraser Range Accomodation

So what did we do on our little holiday? Lots! What a cool place to bring the kids! (OK, I had fun too). Fraser Range Station is 437,000 acres and has a sheep grazing rate of 1 head per 27 acres. That rate would allow me to have 0.8 sheep on my property (where’s that picture of a 3 legged sheep?).

Normally, I drive past that place when I do the 4,600 km roundtrip over to visit my mum in Streaky Bay every year. I don’t mind a long drive. It gives me time to think, relax and bring my mind back to it’s natural state of ‘very little’.

Climbing Tree Dogs And Boys Shenanigans

Tree Climbing DogAs you could imagine, my 2 boys got up to lots of adventure. None the least, teaching their dog to climb trees!  There were no Cats up there, so she jumped down again.

(Disclaimer: My dog is much bigger than this one! He stays home to guard the house while we are on holidays)

The boys found other adventures to entertain them, away from their Nintendo, X-Box and whatever screens they fill their boyhood with.

Target PraticeWhere’s That Waascaly Wabbit?

They really enjoyed this. We located an empty can that needed some serious target practice. My Dad was a bit of a shooting Champion back in his day and it seems the skills haven’t been lost over 2 generations. The boys popped that can every time!

Lucky no Rabbits ran past, hey?

Aussie Kids On A Mission (OK, Station)

Windmill climbingAdventure TimeWe found an old windmill on a drive out in the bush, near an old drovers station. The boys needed to climb it. Why? Because it was ‘climbable’. Reason enough!

Dad! Get a photo of me up here. Mum wont find out” - Not unless she reads Dad’s blog, of course…

But Dads need some adventure too. See, us boys never really grow up. We just grow older…

I Feel The Need. The Need For Speed!

Seans new carTom Cruise, eat your heart out! I found myself a new car to drive. A bit of love was all it needed. I’m not sure about its top speed but I think it does 0-100 in about 2 hours.

It wasn’t Red and it didn’t have a Wireless, but it was cheap!

I decided to drive home in my 4WD for a bit of added comfort. They don’t make cars like they used to, that’s for sure!

Fun On The Range. Local Wildlife

Back on the station, we located the resident Kangaroo Jack that was ‘produced’ by some sheep shearers back in their heyday.

Kangaroo JackOK. That’s enough from me. I hope you don’t mind me sharing a bit of personal life with you. Normally, I write all this stuff about mindset and the law of attraction. This time, you can see what I get up to in normal life, outside of my internet marketing business.

Next week, I have business to do in Hong Kong. I’m thinking about blogging daily while I’m there. Let me know in the comments section if you want an update or 2 from Hong Kong Disney. It could be fun!

This will enable me to partly fulfill a promise I made you back in February 2008: To deliver a message from 3 continents this year. Looks like I might fall just short of that one, but… never say never.

Until next time,

Have a most outstanding day

Make Your Life an Adventure

April 15th, 2008

Making your life an adventureIn this crazy thing we call a life, there are a number of things we feel we should do: get married, have children, buy a house, buy a car, be nice to people, etc. But in the end, the only thing that really matters is how happy you are. To help you begin to make your life a happier event, you need to start looking at it as an adventure – not just a ‘To Do’ list.

Growth - Never stop learning

While you might not want to earn another degree (or your first degree), you should be more than willing to learn new things. Read lots of books about subjects that fascinate you. Take classes and try new things. This way, you are always encouraging growth and stimulating your mind and finding out what YOU like to do.

Lifestyle - Travel

Bora Bora island is lifestyleYou don’t need to go to Bora Bora to be well-traveled and experience lifestyle. Just driving around your local area and seeing what your town has to offer is plenty. Just remove yourself from the norm once in a while. Not only it is fun, but you often come back home more appreciative of what you already have. This develops gratitude and a sense of fulfillment. Seeing something new also makes you feel like you’ve achieved a lot more that day.

Gratitude - Meet new people

Too often we feel that we only need so many friends in order to be a good and fun person. But the more people we meet, the more we can learn about our worlds and how others perceive the world to be. Try meeting new people or at least just talking to strangers to keep things interesting. Develop what I call an Attitude Of Gratitude.

Mindset - Do one thing that scares you

Challenge yourself and build mindsetWhile this may have been paraphrased off of a famous person, it’s really good advice and it’s good for building your mindset. By taking a moment each day to do something that just terrifies you, not only will you learn how strong you are, but you will also find yourself trying new things that you thought were far out of your reach and capability.

Have a most outstanding day

When is “Now” going to be the right time?

March 25th, 2008

Carpe Diem - “Seize The Day“.  When is the right time to build your mindset and motivational powers?  Hey! I’m making it sound like a super natural ability of a Marvel Comics Super Hero… but then again, isn’t it a bit of a super ability to have? Everyone wants it, right? Yet the ones who (say they) don’t need the mindset are the ones that already have it. So that’s why they are already so successful in life, across the board, aren’t they! Pardon the the sarcasm :)

When to start building your super abilities

Take action nowNOW! When is ”Now” going to be the right time to take action? Tomorrow? Well, sorry to break the news to you. Tomorrow is not “now”. There is only one “now” and that is the present. Tomorrow never comes. Tomorrow will always be “now” when you get there. What you put off untill tomorrow is a sure-fire way of telling your sub-conscious mind: “I Have No Intention Of Doing It At All“.  The only time to start is now.

Mindset building moments

We dont’ find a lot of spare time in our busy lifestyles. It seems that time is speeding up and there is less time in every day that passes. I could spinn off on a totally different tangent about time, but I wont (not this time).

Travel desinationsSo how do we fit it in? First of all, we have to have a burning desire to make it happen. Here’s what I do:

I fit it in when I am doing something out over the ordinary. In about 2 weeks, I’m driving a 4,600km roundtrip with my 2 sons to visit our family in South Australia. That’s approximately 46 hours of driving + breaks. What a great opportunity to invest some time in myself, whilst driving! There is some serious listening time I can utilize.

When is “Now” going to be the right time?

Now is the right time. Here’s what I’ll be doing on my 46 hour roundtrip:

  1. Learning basic French. It’s something I’ve meant to do for many years and have never started. Maybe I should have read my own article about five minutes to unlock your motivation. This time, the kids and I will be armed with audio CD’s with French Lessons.
  2. Supporting my kids dreams. A portable keyboard with speakers, will come along for the journey. My oldest son wants to be a concert pianist (beats being a traindriver, right?). There will be plenty of practice opportunity during the drive. I’ll also ensure I listen in at all times. After all, I want to support other’s dreams and goals.
  3. Listening to a mindset program. Last year I listened to Kurek Ashley, The Secret with Rhonda Byrne and a Public Speaking Course with Jamie McIntyre. I’ve got no idea which one to do this year. Any suggestions are welcome in the comments section below. Maybe Tony Robbins? It does however need to be kid friendly :)

OK. That’s what I’m up to. Needless to say, I have no excuse now. You can hold me accountable for taking action towards some of my dreams. Some of those dreams I have never actioned before! Isn’t it funny how we put things off and suddenly a lot of years have passed by?

One year ago, diarised

I posted these 2 posts in my Bullhunters Guide Blog (my first blog) almost one year ago. This will give you an idea what was going through my mind 11-12 months ago, setting out on the same trip to visit my mum and brother. Here are the links to the 2 posts:

  1. 1 week off every month with cashflow
  2. Bullhunter drives across the Nullarbor

Gone surfingEnjoy! I had a good laugh and recognise how much I was on the right track. I also now realise how much further down the path I’ve come in one year. It’s a fun journey of growth and self development.

Have a most outstanding day
